I am a Third Master of the Ohara School of Ikebana and currently serve as President of the Ohara School of Ikebana, England Chapter. I am also a member of Ikebana International, London Chapter, and am delighted to be extending my involvement with the Milano Chapter as founding member. I teach ikebana regularly in Salisbury, Shaftesbury (at NIWAKI HQ), and Sherborne (at The Country Crib), welcoming students of all levels. My arrangements are often displayed at the tea room of Mompesson House (National Trust property) and at Salisbury Cathedral, reflecting the changing seasons and the spirit of each setting. Alongside teaching, I create bespoke ikebana designs for special occasions, including corporate events, birthdays, and weddings. I am also a member of the Wessex and Jersey Area of National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (NAFAS), where I support the Area as Website Officer. I am passionate about sharing the beauty and philosophy of ikebana, and I enjoy offering workshops and demonstrations for NAFAS flower clubs, community groups, and a wide range of organisations and events.
